Rooted in Nebraska.
Connected to the World.
Specialty meat processing built on decades of hands-on experience, evolving capabilities and relationships with domestic and international customers.
Built around the work we do.
International business begins with the capability of the plant itself. FBC's history—from specialized freezing and processing for Japan to subsequent investments in its Nebraska operation—reflects a practical focus on production, handling and customer needs.

Our People.
Our Strength.
Behind FBC's processing capabilities is a team of people who support day-to-day operations, quality and customer relationships. Our people are an essential part of the company's experience and commitment to its customers.
Built on years of international market experience.
Fremont Beef Company was established in 1989 in Fremont, Nebraska, through a joint venture between S-Foods and Marubeni. Its early operations specialized in beef and beef offal processing, freezing products for export to Japan.
As market conditions changed, FBC expanded its pork processing business and invested in the facility to support its evolving product portfolio.
